Some times you wonder when Windows says these settings already applied to the another device / adapter, but you can not find the respective device in the device manager. You should aware that after removing the some devices from Windows Computer device stay hidden until it is connect again.
To view hidden devices,
- Open the Computer Management Window
- Select Device Manager
- Select View menu and click the Show Hidden Devices option
After that you can see the hidden devices
